On Earth

If you are looking for a place to truly disconnect, you have just found it. Built by our family over more than thirty years, On Earth is one of a kind: a remote little paradise under the Greek sky, made for slow mornings, long dinners outdoors, and evenings listening to the waves on the beach below.

The villa stands completely alone - the nearest house is half a kilometre away. Every single window looks out to the sea, and the 8,000 sq. meter (86,000 sq. ft.) fenced garden gives kids and pets all the space they could ever want to play and explore.

The whole villa is yours: it sleeps up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with two double beds - with 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and two patios. The living room and the master bedroom are air-conditioned, both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and WiFi comes via Starlink satellite - fast internet in a place with no neighbours. Arrival is self check-in with a lockbox, so come as late as you like. The house is environmentally friendly, running on solar power with backup grid connectivity.

Outdoors, the covered living room is where you will spend most of your time: a rattan sofa, a hanging swing chair, a barbecue, and the sea below. At night the sky here is genuinely dark - stars, waves, and a glass of wine.

Four quiet beaches lie less than 400 m away - three with pebbles, one with sand, never crowded. The village of Loutra, with its supermarkets and tavernas, is about 1 km away, and the famous thermal springs of Agia Paraskevi are minutes from the house. You will need a car, and a note on the approach: the last 500 metres are a dirt road, and in a few places it is a bit rough. Driven slowly it is fine for a normal car - but a very low car may struggle, and if you have the choice, pick something with a bit of ground clearance. It is part of what keeps this corner of the coast so quiet.

A few small areas stay locked during your stay (two basement utility rooms, the attic, the garden's water tower and the small storage room beside it) - everything else is yours.
